SMOK'ED is a restaurant born from a family history, whose recipe is composed of 2/3 Swiss and 1/3 American and a pinch of European. SMOK'ED is the desire to share the unique taste of homemade BBQ, while being conscious of our impact on the environment. SMOK'ED was created according to the philosophy of "upcycling", i.e. with 100% recycled material. The wood comes from the demolition of an old farm and the furniture is handmade or comes from independent antique dealers.
