In the Restaurant “La Tureta”, the balance of mediterranean cuisine meets the techniques of traditional French cuisine and references to Italian cuisine. A set that becomes a philosophy of cooking, combines classical eco-processing with modern notes, expands the spectrum of flavours and textures to enhance products of the territory. Everything is homemade: from pastas to sauces, from overcooked meats, fish and vegetables, enhanced with scents planted and grown in our garden, all without forgetting the pastry, sweet legacy of the end of a meal.
