Enjoy our brasserie cuisine, enriched with the intensive flavours of sturgeon, caviar and herb compositions. Our philosophy is sustainability, connection with the region and the use of natural resources and their transformation into high quality products. All the fruits from Tropenhaus and our own breed of sturgeon are used in both of our restaurants. This includes exciting regional products from sustainable production.
