Restaurant Olive

Using herbs from the city's largest herb garden, Restaurant olivé is St. Gallen's choice for fresh, healthy dishes as well as classic international and local fare. The restaurant is also home to our Super Breakfast Buffet and serves a long Sunday Breakfast. From local grilled fish and Zurich-style veal stew to pasta and an assortment of fresh cheeses, you're sure to find something tempting at Restaurant olivé. Sample healthy, reduced-calorie dishes that don't skimp on flavor, prepared using ingredients from the hotel's own herb garden. With these fresh herbs, our chefs create tapenades, balsamic vinegars and richly flavored olive oils. Be sure to pair your meal with a drink from our extensive wine list. Our lunch menu is filled with seasonal specialties that are updated daily to reflect the fresh produce that's currently in season. We serve a 2-course lunch from Monday to Friday between 11:30 and 14:00.
