Things get hot at the feRUS. Almost as hot as they used to be at the time when the ancient foundry of Emmenbrücke was still into operation. We just love to put some fire under the backside of our guests and - to be taken literally - on their plates. We’re highly qualified natural born grillers and are very conscious of our job. The ingredients for your perfect experience at the feRUS are quite simple: a team driven by passion, excellent ideas and commitment, a lot of fire and even more meat. Only the best pieces make it to the grill, we do not compromise on quality. We fierily serve grilled specialties, juicy burgers and a daily changing three-course menu (lunch) and a four-course menu (dinner), every meal with a special pinch of individuality - and with or without meat. Additionally, we serve also proven classics and a selection of high-quality meat from the Dry Ager.
