At Manud we want you to know how carefully and consciously we choose our products and like to use locally sourced, seasonal products whenever possible. We are a café and restaurant in the heart of Zermatt serving the best coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. This winter our menu will be enchanted with a touch of Japanese cuisine. Manud's new guest chef Roberto Catra spent a year learning from the best during his culinary scholarship in Japan and is now bringing his sharing style dinner concept to Manud.
