In our cuisine, we consciously place special emphasis on the "soul" of our raw materials, in other words: on the value, balance, as well as careful and loving preparation of our dishes. Of course, we do not add any flavor enhancers (such as glutamate). Vietnamese cuisine is one of the lightest, most versatile and healthiest in the world and is considered one of the "purest" cuisines in East Asia, where the individual ingredients are prepared fresh and unadulterated.
