With the help of a predominantly Asian kitchen staff, the Tse Fung's cuisine perpetuates the noble art of authentic Chinese and Asian gastronomy, offered between Lake Leman and the Mont-Blanc. Steamed specialties with the famous dim sum, grand classics made of fish, sea food or poultry... The marriage of textures and the fragrance of rare spices offer amazing culinary experiences, to be tasted in the quiet peace of private rooms or on the terrace, with a view over the lake and the mountains. Le Tsé Fung got awarded 1 Michelin Star in 2016.
