We work hard to ensure this by producing almost all products by hand and selected ingredients till nowadays. Our guests enjoy our breads, chocolates, cakes and pastries as well as many snacks and salads. We have high expectations of kindness and flexibility. One of our strengths is the realization of customer specific requirements such as photo cakes or customized creations. The pastry Brändli was founded in 1913 as a family business. It combines traditional recipes with modern products. In addition, we are committed to educate young people in a familiar and professional atmosphere and pave the way for them into their worklife.
