Our history Since 2015 we have been sharing our lives, Chulalak who comes from Thailand wishes to have his restaurant, it is his dream. It's not Fred's job at all, but with his entrepreneurial side, he's not opposed to this project. First contact with the owner of the Toula for this restaurant area did not succeed. The planned surface area is 220 m2 and it's too big for us. However, one year later, the surface can be divided, so we can imagine creating our dream just a stone's throw from our home, in the heart of the city, in the only pedestrian street in Bulle. The plans are launched, modified and modified again, creating a kitchen when you are not a cook, what a madness and what a challenge. In October 2018, the permit was issued.
