The curling center Wallisellen is a contemporary curling hall with the best ice cream quality and a culinary restaurant. For groups, clubs, teams and companies, we organize small talk events for 6 to 60 people. The two-hour events can be combined with an aperitif or fine dining in the region's best curling restaurant.

To help people find joy and health is my passion, so that is the reason I started my clinic in Zürich beside the clinic I have in Gothenburg. In Zürich I offer Sports Psychology, Yoga and Massage Therapy and the practice is located in a lovely historical building in the heart of Zürich. For me Yoga is a perfect combination for body and mind to come into balance and includes my holistic view as Sports Psychologist and Massage Therapist.

Traditional, integral yoga has been taught at Samatvam Yoga School since 2008. Regular studio and online classes, yoga and meditation courses, seminars and further education, India trips and retreats are part of the offer. The lessons are characterized by a gentle, calm Hatha Yoga and are led with a lot of heart by experienced yoga teachers. All welcome!
