Our restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sunday and all bank holidays. The CARDINAL Brasserie in Neuchatel is an historical place featuring colored eartherware on walls which are protected and part of architectural heritage. You discover the atmosphere of a true parisian brasserie where seafood lovers meet together. Everyday the Chef proposes the menu of the day besides the Restaurant Carte.
