To use a popular expression, we can say that Eric Emery fell into trouble at a very young age. It is therefore his passion, inherited from his parents and grandparents, as well as years of experience, that led him to success, a success that was concretized by his installation at the end of 2011 in new premises located in front of the former bakery. While being very respectful of tradition, Eric Emery gives free rein to his inventive and perfectionist spirit; and, above all, he listens to his customers. Numerous diplomas have been awarded to Eric Emery in recognition of the high quality of his work and his commitment to the use of natural products. In September 2012, Eric Emery was awarded his second star in the Order of the Chevaliers u Bon Pain; during the years of the Swiss Baker Trophy, he has received several distinctions, including the prestigious Bernhard Aebersold Award in 2014.
