Habibat is a partner and practices law in the Yorkton office Habibat practices in areas of Family Law, Corporate and Estate Matters, Collection, Guardianship, Real Estate and Immigration Law. Habibat is a trained Mediator, and her practice also includes court work and collaborative law. Habibat was called to the Nigerian bar in 2004 and holds Master of Law. She majored in Corporate and Commercial law with University of London. After successful completion of NCA qualifying examination for foreign trained lawyers, Habibat was called to bar February 2016 and worked as an associate with Shawn Patenaude Law until 2021.
