Located in Percé, our restaurant is housed in the Black Whale House, a historic site where the arts and crafts of the Tip of the Gaspé Peninsula have been celebrated for many decades. The Gaspesian culture in your plate! The Black Whale House opened in 1936 and was founded by the Percé Craft Guild to promote the work of local artisans. The establishment also served as a community and cultural center for the inhabitants of the region at the time. The heritage of the Black Whale House is at the heart of the experience we wish to offer our visitors. Indeed, our restaurant is a friendly meeting place, where everyone is invited to come and celebrate Gaspesian culture while enjoying a good food. Following the inspiration of our chef, our slate menu consists of original creations concocted from local products and fresh ingredients of the moment.
