En visitant notre parente en Italie et alors que nous degustions une authentique pizza four a bois sur la cote sud-ouest, nous avons ete inspires. Apres plusieurs discussions, nous avons pris la decision finale : il faut qu'elle soit cuisinee chez nous. Et Enoteca Monza Pizzeria Moderna etait nee. Comme nous avons grandi avec notre Nonna (grand-mere en italien) et les merveilleux plats qu'elle cuisinait, nous ne pouvions nous limiter aux pizzas. Nous lui avons demande toutes ses recettes, l'avons suppliee de nous aider a les ameliorer et avons cree notre menu ' plein de classiques italiens et de plusieurs favoris contemporains. Nous avons bati notre premier restaurant en gardant a l'esprit les principes de Nonna : simple et authentique.
