Established in 1990, Panier Santé has become a leading reference for organic food in the Mauricie region of Québec. With a strong foundation rooted in family, owner Nathalie Gélinas has been immersed in the health and nutrition sector since childhood, following in the footsteps of her parents, the store's original founders.

In 2008, Panier Santé Express was launched, under the guidance of Nicole Renaud, an accredited naturopath, to better meet the growing needs of its clientele. Together, the store's owners have cultivated a team of dedicated professionals to assist customers in making informed, healthy dietary choices, offering a wide array of organic, gluten-free products, supplements, and eco-friendly home goods.
