Originally aimed at enhancing the tourism appeal of the nearby Motel Le Riverain, it has grown to offer a diverse range of craft beers made from the finest ingredients.

In 2013, the brewery faced a significant setback due to a fire, but it quickly bounced back with a commitment to producing high-quality, entirely natural beers under the ownership of the Filion family since late 2019.
