Well established in the Petit Champlain district, the La Petite Cabane à Sucre boutique is the natural continuation of the Fortier family’s sugar shack located in Old Quebec. Since 1996, Carole M. Fortier and Mario Fortier have been welcoming tourists from around the world to their small maple palace, sharing new and delightful flavours and products, including maple syrup, maple butter, maple sugar, maple taffy and other tasty treats with those who just can’t resist a sweet experience.
