La Distillerie No.1

Spring 2005, La Distillerie No.1 first saw the day in Montreal, at the corner of Ontario and Sanguinet streets, in the heart of the vibrant Latin Quarter. Founded on a unique concept with the help of a passionate team, La Distillerie sought to introduce its guests to the universe of cocktails. In order to reach more people, we opened two more establishments on the Plateau Mont-Royal and in Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie. We aim to serve a high-quality product in a cozy and convivial atmosphere. Beyond preparing and serving cocktails, we want to create spaces where people can come together and connect, and where you can feel good regardless of your age, where you're from, and whether you've chosen to wear your jogging pants or your bowtie to go out.
