Founded in 1967 in downtown Montréal by Nick Glezos and his partner Peter Kivetos, La Belle Province has a rich history marked by resilience and innovation. After a devastating fire in 1968 led to a relocation and reconstruction, Kivetos established a unique fast-food concept that quickly gained popularity across Quebec.

Today, La Belle Province operates over 125 restaurants, blending modern design with vintage details that pay homage to its origins. The company continues to focus on progression and innovation, which has been particularly notable since the launch of a new strategy in 2012.
