G.C.I.U.S.
The Groupe de Coopération Internationale de l'Université de Sherbrooke (GCIUS) is a non-profit organization founded in 2002 by a group of students from the engineering faculty. Focused on international cooperation, GCIUS offers interdisciplinary internships that provide students with unique opportunities to engage in cultural exchange while supporting local community development.
GCIUS has been actively involved in various international projects, such as improving educational infrastructure in Togo and facilitating access to secondary education for refugees in Uganda. By participating in these initiatives, students not only contribute to significant social change but also enhance their personal and professional growth through hands-on experience in global cooperation.
