Fond-Action Santé Communautaire Bénise Normil (FASCBN) is a Montreal-based organization founded on April 14, 2014, in memory of its director's mother, who passed away from type 2 diabetes. Initially focused on providing medical supplies in Haiti and local diabetes prevention conferences, the organization has since expanded its services to meet the needs of the local community in Rivière-des-Prairies (RDP).

Over the years, FASCBN has developed partnerships with local organizations and implemented various projects aimed at reducing diabetes prevalence and promoting healthy lifestyles among youth and families. With a shift towards self-funding through private donations and community engagement, FASCBN continues to address critical health issues while fostering socio-cultural support within the Haitian community in Montreal.
