The experience at Faite à l’os is about enjoying a comfort cuisine crossing the barbecue culinary of the southeastern United States mix to our Quebec traditional cuisine. Our meats cook and smoke for many hours on our smoker are definitely part of our specialties. Chef Christian also offers a variety of local appetizers / dishes offering a variety of flavors. Everything is homemade and we only use fresh food from our Quebec farms. Beers and alcohol from Quebec are also offer to harmonize perfectly our cuisine with our warm and festif decor of the Old Quebec.
