The Café des sentiers is located inside the Skinouk outdoors relay, almost at the entrance of the Gatineau Park. Simple but delicious food. Few vegan, vegeterian and gluten-free options as well. The sanwiches, the soups and the chilis are homemade as are some of the desserts. Lovely staff, well informed about the different trails in the park (cross-country ski, snow shoe, bike and walk).
