In the beginning, Cafe Castelo offered her coffee from a single point of sale, on 1st Avenue in Quebec City. Since 1997, M Okuka sets up a platform for production and independent branches concept modeled on his first boutique. The concept is very simple and effective; it is a store where we mainly supply coffee beans and freshly ground.
