The Handpie Company makes local-ingredient savoury hand held pies in the style of the Cornish Pasty. Located in Albany, Prince Edward Island about seven minutes drive from the Confederation Bridge. Visiting the manufacturing facility lets you experience the flow of production as there is a large viewing area to see each handpie being made by a team of skilled culinary graduates. The retail facility offers hot and ready to eat handpies as well as a large selection of frozen bake-at-home handpies. The seating available is outdoor picnic tables as there is not a public washroom on the premises.
