WE'RE CANADIAN AND WE COME FROM VIETNAM I'm Uyen, a Saigonese who migrated to Canada from Saigon - a city in the south of Vietnam. Vietnamese Cuisine is an important element that helps us maintain our relations, our spirit; and built up the faithful days by days through these difficulties. I was try all my hard to make as many specialties dishes as possible for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even Sunday brunch for my family. And we use this time together sharing and enjoy.
