Moment's Cafe

Moment’s cafe was opened in June 2020 and is owned by a couple from Hong Kong. Apart from some Hong Kong cuisine, Moment's cafe also serves some regional dessert and drink to the island such as Hong Kong Milk Tea and Bubble Waffles . Bubble waffles are made with special recipe . It mixes with ice cream and toppings that are the characteristics of the dessert. Their crispness and tastyiness are popping up around the world for many years including UK, Australia, USA and Taiwan…etc. Hong Kong Milk tea is another characteristics of Hong Kong cuisine which serves approximately 900 million glasses / cups a year in Hong Kong tea culture.
