We source all of our veggies for our cafe and ferments from our own farm or other local small-scale Island farms that follow regenerative farming practices. Our Kombucha, sauerkrauts, kimchi, pickles, hotsauce - are all vegan, raw, live foods - made with local, organic veggies, fruits, herbs and flowers, and are featured in our cafe. On Saturdays year-round we offer a fresh 'farm market', featuring the best fruit and veg that our little island has to offer.
