Pet Save
Pet Save, established in 2000 by a dedicated group of animal lovers in Greater Sudbury, is a registered charity committed to rescuing abandoned, abused, and neglected pets throughout Northern Ontario. Initially focused on dogs, the organization expanded its mission in 2002 to address the community's severe cat overpopulation problem while maintaining a no-kill policy.
With over 200 volunteers, Pet Save has successfully saved over 10,000 animals, including cats, dogs, bunnies, and even pot-belly pigs. Their ongoing efforts aim not only to find forever homes for these animals but also to educate the community on responsible pet ownership to ensure a brighter future for all pets.
