Viva Villa Cottage Resort

Viva Villa is a small family -run resort centrally located on Manitoulin Island. Our location is perfect for guests who wish to tour the Island. It is very quiet as we only have 4 cottages and we specialize in families and couples. We have 2 sandy beaches with no drop-offs which is great for small children swimming in our spring-fed lake. Lake Kagawong is quite big (40 squared miles) and we are located at the northern end in a bay. We usually have about a 75% return rate annually so it is necessary to book early.There is so much to do on Manitoulin Island - fish, swim, tour, horseback riding, golf and just plain relaxing. We are far from any traffic so your peace is assured. We have rowboats, motorboats, canoes, kayaks and paddle boats and paddle boards. We are pet friendly assuming your dog is well behaved and won't disturb our other guests.
