Spartan Lacrosse Academy

Spartan Lacrosse Academy, established in 2013 by father-son duo Nick and Leo Stouros, is dedicated to promoting the growth of lacrosse in the Kitchener-Waterloo region through comprehensive skill development and character building. They offer a range of programming, including private lessons, team leagues, multi-day camps, and in-school clinics tailored to both boys and girls aged 6 to 16.

With a strong emphasis on fundamentals, teamwork, and respect, the academy's experienced coaches aim to enhance players' skills in Men's and Women's Field and Box Lacrosse. Their focus on building strength, speed, agility, and game sense ensures that athletes of all levels can achieve their personal best while fostering a love for the sport.
