HOW IT STARTED… In 2013 local Huntsville moms Julie Moore and Tina Hamilton opened up their very first chip truck called MUSKOKA MAMAS in the heart of Huntsville. The main focus was to sell the local community fresh-cut fries and Quebec style poutines while also cooking only 2 patties at a time on a small George Forman grill. FAST FORWARD TO 2016 By popular demand, Julie Moore brought back the little cart that started it all, along with a bigger grill to cook even more burgers! She explored her horizons and brought back the classic burgers and fries then becoming what is now known as SMOKIN’ HOT BBQ. What began as a small fry wagon, evolved into a bigger family-owned business with her husband Larry Moore, son and daughters Michael, Andrea and Merrissa Moore, along with various other family members and friends.
