Shoushin is a luxe Japanese sushi bar located in Toronto’s affluent north end. Helmed by owner and head chef Jackie Lin, Shoushin specializes in carefully crafted, authentic Edomae sushi. We craft sushi that is pure, fusion-free and extraordinarily authentic. Expect seasonal, sometimes rare, ingredients on our omakase tasting menus. All in a luxe atmosphere that is both stunning and intimate at the same time. Because we believe that perfect sushi is best enjoyed in as perfect a setting as possible.
