For over 30 years, we've been making handcrafted artisanal ice cream in Toronto that have been featured in our famous Demetres desserts. Scooped By Demetres is our ice cream-only concept where ice cream takes center stage. Featuring a cast of unique, innovative and decadent flavours, each is masterfully fine-tuned. Since day one (back in 1989!) we’ve been using an ultra rich, high-butterfat, secret-recipe ice cream base in all of our ice creams. It’s what gives each bite such richness and decadence. Over the years, we’ve meticulously sourced the best ingredients from around the world - Belgian and French chocolates, Indonesian Vanillas, Spanish and Italian Hazelnuts, Californian Strawberries, Mexican Cajeta, the list goes on
