Rose's Tree of Life Caribbean Restaurant was founded by Rose-marie Bloomfield - a graduate of the department of Culinary studies at Fanshawe College, London Ontario, Canada. Her interest in the restaurant business predates her education at Fanshawe College and she has always dreamed of bringing the Caribbean cousines within the reach of all and sundry who love the Irie life and foods of the Islands. The establishment of the restaurant in London, Ontario is a testament to the success of Rose-marie in the restaurant business. Her success did not go without challenges but these did not daunt her spirit and determination to keep her doors open to her ever-growing list of customers. Each year, Rose's Tree of Life Caribbean restaurant frequently features in local festivals such as street Fest and Sunfest in London.
