In addition there is a 1000 sq ft Great Room with a bar and a pool table, and an adjacent 400 sq ft Lounge with satellite TV. There are also two kitchens and a laundry room. Outside there is a 1500 sq ft terrace looking down over the lake, and more than enough parking. There is a fire-pit and the waterfront (4 minute walk down the hill) has a sandy beach and a dock and there are games areas perfect for volleyball, Frisbee, soccer or baseball as well as basketball.
