A family run craft brewery with an incredible history. Built in 1859 as a brewery, Neustadt Springs brings you back in time, to when things were simple and easy. Our beers are made with only the best ingredients, and we start with pure, clean and refreshing spring water drawn from our very own natural spring. Come and immerse yourself in our history, enjoy a great beer, and maybe sample some of our food offerings while relaxing on our outdoor patio, or enjoying our indoor tap room. On the weekends, visit us for a tour, which includes our stone vaulted caverns...something you will not soon forget. You will see what so many have discovered to be a hidden gem in the gateway to the Bruce Peninsula, and you will learn why our motto is...History. Quality. Purity.
