Welcome to Cafe Fifty Four. Established in 2019, we are dedicated to bringing an authentic cafe experience to the Niagara Region. Olivia Mollica is a restaurant expert and pastry chef. Besides her 15+ years experience working alongside her family at Casa Mia Ristorante in Niagara Falls, Olivia gained her professional pastry education from the prestigious Ecole Nationale Superieure de Patisserie in France and continuing her Ducasse education working at the Plaza Athenee in Paris. In addition, she has worked at both The Chase and Colette Grand Cafe (Toronto) as a member of the pastry team responsible to produce high quality desserts. In recent years, she has built up clients by freelancing decadent, homemade caked and pastry. She is a cake and macaron pro that aims to bring both joy and community through food! Olivia is thrilled to be opening her first cafe in her hometown of Niagara Falls.
