Kitten and the Bear

Kitten & the Bear makes artisan preserves in small, limited batches at our atelier and tasting room located at 1574 Queen Street West. We create close to 100 true seasonal flavours every year, using carefully selected fruit, grown locally whenever possible, as well as tropical, heirloom, and hybrid varieties. Made by hand in the French confiture style, in traditional hand-hammered copper preserving pans, our jams stand apart by their exquisite texture, interesting ingredients, and subtle balance of flavours.
