We are a local bakery that specializes in the world's best tasting shortbread. Started 20 years ago in a little century home in Markham Eat My Shortbread has grown to be a manufacturer of the best baked goods.Eat My Shortbread is a cool, vibey place that offers lots of delicious treats from the oven. Our coffee is from Trebilcock Father and Son Roasters in Pickering and our teas are from Lemon Lily. Eat My Shortbread can be found in other specialty shops as well as retailers in the area. Don't let the location confuse you, we are a pleasant stop just off the 401 and love to meet new customers. We are open 10-3 Monday to Friday. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
