10518 Dalewood Road
Saint Thomas, Ontario N5P 3T3
Conservation Area is Kettle Creek Conservation Authority’s urban conservation area, but maintains its wilderness appeal. The property is located on the doorstep of St. Thomas and is encompassed by 25 hectares of provincially significant wetlands. The area offers the best of both worlds – close to modern conveniences (shopping and day excursions to Port Stanley and London) and a 12 kilometre hiking trail that circles the Dalewood Reservoir and wetlands. Dalewood is a campground of choice for campers looking to experience nature close to home. The campground offers 200 serviced (30 amp and 15 amp) sites for seasonal or weekend retreats. Visit and experience wonderfully large, treed camp sites. Explore the hiking trails. Other amenities include supervised swimming pools, canoe and kayak rentals, fishing and staff planned activities such as a Canada Day fireworks and an annual carnival.
