Construction Employers
The Construction Employers Coordinating Council of Ontario (CECCO) was established in 1979 to serve as the management voice for unionized Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction workers. It coordinates collective bargaining on behalf of designated Employer Bargaining Agencies and represents a network of 22 trade employer bargaining agencies, encompassing over 8,000 contractors and employing more than 80,000 workers across the province.
CECCO aims to promote harmony between management and labor while advocating for the interests of its members in a constantly evolving industry landscape. Its mission includes supporting contractors in remaining competitive and addressing a wide range of issues, including legislative reform and labor relations practices.
