The Congress of Black Women of Canada, Mississauga Chapter, was founded in 1985 by six women dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by Black women, their families, and the wider community. Over the years, the Chapter has focused primarily on youth and education, awarding over 220 scholarships and collaborating with more than 14 community partners to support various projects.
