Bar Mercurio is a small family run restaurant downtown Toronto, with a strong focus on quality and freshness. We hand make our pasta and agnolotti, our pizza dough comes from a long tradition going back to the family in Italy, our burrata in hand stretched in house. Our wines are carefully selected to compliment a simple and elegant pizza margarita to a bison strip-loin with fresh truffles.
