Art of Ideas Gallery and Historical House is open for guided tours Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Tours are at 11am or 2:30pm and advance booking is required online via our website. There are no drop ins or tickets at the door. Private tours possible. Art of Ideas Gallery attempts to reach for a deeper understanding of the purpose of art. It brings forward the argument that, for humans to advance as a civilization, our art should become a social and a mental glue. It must interrogate reality, focus on and integrate the whole spectrum of human activities, in particular science. The gallery is housed in a historical mansion built in 1870s, beautifully preserved, with most of its original features. Through guided tours visitors learn about its history, experience the exceptional architecture, unique artefacts and interior design. The opportunity to meet the artist, see his permanent art collection and learn about his art ethos and ideas is what makes the tour a unique experience.
