Arowhon Pines in Algonquin Park Restaurant

Off the beaten path, at the end of a winding forested road, lies Arowhon Pines on Little Joe Lake. Our dining room is 6-sided heritage log building with towering stone central fireplace & wrap around verandah. Our dining room is open to the public for breakfast, lunch & dinner daily. Reservations required. Food is made from scratch using local, quality ingredients and prepared with care by a team of chefs. Guests start by helping themselves to a table full of appetizers, followed by soup and a choice of four entrees served at your table, such as Roasted Canadian Goose, Salmon Poached in Cedar Tea with Sorrel Hollandaise, Wild Mushroom and Spinach Risotto, Roast Prime Rib of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding. Guest finish with a table full of homemade desserts, ice cream, fruit and artisanal cheeses. Our plates are portioned so that guests can try everything - and they are encouraged to do so! Bring your own wine -come early and enjoy the view of Little Joe Lake from the verandah!
