Since 1996, guests have come from around the world year round to experience our authentic, working maple syrup farm, to taste delicious maple-inspired locally sourced cuisine, to purchase exceptional maple products + hike the scenic wilderness trails. Quita + Scott are members of Slow Food International; we proudly continue the springtime tradition of creating maple syrup on a wood-fired evaporator.
