We are a family owned and operated southern BBQ restaurant in Amherst, Nova Scotia. We brine/marinade all of our proteins before they are slow smoked using 5 different varieties of wood imported from Ontario. We offer a wide range of side dishes, sauces and desserts which are all made from scratch daily.
